Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address and, if provided, your name and company in order to send you our offers (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use a double opt-in process: you only receive the newsletter after clicking the confirmation link. We record the time of sign-up and confirmation.

Data is processed and emails are sent via Google Workspace / Google Sheets (Google Ireland Ltd.). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Offer data

The offer list is loaded from Google Sheets (docs.google.com) when you open the page; your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Purchase requests

When you send a request via the website we process your company, name, email address, optional phone number, country and message together with the selected products in order to answer your request and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Information on where you sell (sales channels, markets, shop) is voluntary, treated confidentially, used only internally to improve our offers and never shared with third parties (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data is stored in Google Sheets (Google Ireland Ltd.) and sent to us by email.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
